Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses across Egypt.
- Cairo & Giza: 3-5 working days
- Other governorates: 3-7 working days
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier volume, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready for our courier partner upon delivery. Prepaid (online payment) orders are also accepted and may be prioritized for faster dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your delivery.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at invactherapeutics@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
