Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your INVAC Therapeutics purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the original product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, hair care, or personal care products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us at invactherapeutics@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged). We will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide instructions for sending it back.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, hair care, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error. Sale items and free gifts with purchase are final and not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, refunds are issued within up to 14 working days. For orders paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are made via bank transfer or InstaPay to the details you provide. It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at invactherapeutics@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
